I’m Felicia, a spiritual practitioner and a Conscious Coach. From my heart comes The Phoenix Grounds, a soul-rooted sanctuary anchored in the philosophy of Rest to Rise. For me, this journey has always been a return to my soul's essence.
After two decades in wildlife and nature conservation, I followed a quiet, persistent pull toward the healing arts. Today, I hold space for those who feel weary — moving through stress, burnout, life transitions, or the lingering weight of past wounds. My work is for anyone longing for rest, renewal, and a gentle homecoming to themselves.
My own passage through burnout, trauma, grief, and awakening taught me that healing is not about striving or fixing, it is about remembering. Remembering the wholeness that has always been there, beneath the noise, the stories, and the burdens we carry.
Through meditation-based practices, restorative movement, and energy healing such as Reiki and Sound, I offer safe, tender spaces where stillness becomes a balm, the body can exhale, and the spirit can rise. My approach is sensitive and intuitive, always honoring your pace, and meeting you exactly where you are.
With over 15 years of personal practice and extensive training in yoga, meditation, and energy work, my offerings are an invitation: to pause, to listen deeply, and to rise into the essence of who you are.
I have had the privilege to train with various teachers across modalities and lineages from around the world. I am a RYT200 Hatha Yoga Teacher and certified Restorative Yoga Teacher, a Level 2 iRest® Yoga Nidra Teacher, and a Usui Reiki Master Teacher trained in both Usui Shiki Ryoho and Usui Reiki Ryoho lineages. I am also trained as a Sound Healing Practitioner in Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and gongs.
I offer in-person 1-on-1 private sessions from my home studio when in Singapore, as well as group classes, corporate wellness sessions, and online sessions. I also offer sessions on Mondays at Space2B Studio in Singapore.
Each offering is a soft landing for those seeking healing, clarity, and a return to their inner light, guided gently by the rhythm of rest.
