Step away from the noise and return to something quieter, older, and deeply familiar...nature.
As part of Pesta Ubin 2026, this 90-minute guided nature therapy session is a gentle invitation to rest, reconnect, and return to a sense of belonging.
Set within the natural landscape of Pulau Ubin, this experience offers a slower, more intentional way of being in nature. Not as something you visit, but as something you are part of.
Through simple, guided practices such as sensory awareness, quiet observation, and deep rest, you will be supported to soften your body and mind, reconnecting with both the natural world and your inner landscape.
In this space, rest becomes a pathway to a quieter sense of connection, presence, and belonging. From this place, a more natural sense of care and respect for the environment can also emerge.
This session may resonate with you if you have been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply in need of a quieter moment to slow down and recharge.
No prior experience is needed. Just a willingness to pause, be present and allow the practice to meet you where you are.
These sessions are offered free as part of Pesta Ubin 2026. As part of this year's theme Share the Island, Shape the Future, we support the celebration and preservation of Singapore's northern island kampung. 💚
